At just 20 years old, Nishimura Riki — known as Ni-ki — has already established himself as one of the most gifted dancers in 4th generation KPop. His journey from Japan to the global stage is a story of raw talent meeting relentless dedication.
Dance From Birth
Ni-ki began dancing at a very young age in Japan, training in various styles including hip-hop and contemporary. Before becoming a trainee, he had already gained recognition in the Japanese dance community. This extensive background gives his movements a fluidity and control that stands out even in a group known for strong choreography.
The I-LAND Impact
During I-LAND, Ni-ki’s dance abilities were immediately apparent. Despite being the youngest contestant, his performances commanded attention. His ability to interpret music through movement goes beyond technical skill — there’s an emotional intelligence to his dancing that belies his age.
Growing Beyond Dance
While dance remains his strongest suit, Ni-ki has been steadily improving his vocal and rap abilities with each ENHYPEN comeback. His determination to be a well-rounded performer mirrors the work ethic he developed as a young dancer.
